This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service, the IREBERO Platform website.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at IREBERO Platform URL, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

Updated 31 October 2026. This section explains how the Irebero Android and iPhone apps use information. It supplements the website policy above. The Irebero service is operated by PN TITANIUM LTD jointly with VIFO IMAGES LTD.
When you create an account or sign in, we process your phone number and password to authenticate you. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. We assign account identifiers and issue a sign-in token, stored in protected storage on your device. You can browse public listings without creating an account.
We record ticket orders, payment-provider references, amounts, currencies, payment status and access entitlements so that we can unlock purchased videos, restore access and handle payment enquiries. For protected playback we process the video identifier, your account identifier, a playback-session identifier and expiry time. Hosting and streaming requests also include technical information such as your IP address, request time and client information for delivering the service and protecting it against misuse.
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes information needed to run Irebero. Cloudflare delivers video streams and processes network requests needed for playback and security. Its server-side stream analytics include viewing activity and approximate viewing location inferred from the IP address, such as the country or region; this does not require GPS permission. When you choose IremboPay, we send the phone number associated with your account and the order details to create your payment invoice. PayPal receives the order details for PayPal checkout. Payment credentials are entered with the payment provider; Irebero does not store your full card details or mobile-money PIN. A store-distributed version that offers Apple or Google checkout also processes the store transaction identifiers and verification results for those purchases. Each payment provider has its own privacy policy.
The app does not contain paid advertisements or an advertising-tracking SDK. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise device location. The app uses encrypted HTTPS connections to the Irebero service.
You can sign out from Account. To delete your viewer account in the mobile app, open Account, choose Delete account, enter your password and the requested confirmation, and confirm deletion. This disables your account, removes or replaces your profile identifiers, ends sign-in and playback sessions and revokes ticket access. Linked watch history and saved-list records are removed where present.
Payment and transaction references are retained separately from the deleted profile for accounting, payment enquiries and fraud prevention. The current service does not automatically erase these retained ledger references after a fixed period; you can contact us to request a review of the records retained for your account. Account deletion does not itself refund a purchase or delete records held independently by payment providers. Technical logs and backups are not necessarily removed immediately by the account-deletion operation.
You can also request account or data deletion without installing the app. Follow the instructions at Irebero account and data deletion or contact ireberolive@gmail.com. We may need to verify that you own the account. Do not email your password, card details or mobile-money PIN.
